[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] SK AX said on Wednesday it has launched G-Fit Studio, which uses real work-based AI simulations to analyse applicants' problem-solving and communication skills as well as AI utilisation capabilities, and to support HR managers' judgement.
The company said G-Fit Studio applies AI across the recruitment process to analyse applicants’ capabilities from multiple angles and helps HR managers make decisions by referring to the analysis results.
The process has two stages: "business problem solving" and "strategic communication". In the business problem-solving stage, applicants form hypotheses to address the presented situation, talk with an AI agent to structure the problem and then derive an execution plan. In the strategic communication stage, an in-depth interview is conducted based on the applicant's self-introduction and the solution presented in the business problem-solving stage.
The company emphasised that G-Fit Studio can tailor evaluation items to each company's roles and work characteristics, which is advantageous for securing job-ready talent. It also said a fairer and more objective assessment is possible because the same tasks and evaluation criteria are applied to applicants.
Kim Min-hwan (김민환), head of HRX promotion at SK AX, said, "In the AI era, corporate competitiveness depends on how well a company can secure and develop talent that can use AI to produce tangible work results." He added, "Through G-Fit Studio, we will support companies so they can effectively secure and develop job-ready talent with AI utilisation capabilities."
