[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Data specialist Hecto Data said on Sept. 28 it launched SeoryuON, a platform that can handle public and tax document submission and management tasks.

The company said SeoryuON is a platform that integrates the full process from requesting required documents to submission and management. It can be used by companies in various fields that ask customers to submit documents, including tax accounting firms and financial companies.

If a company that needs to receive documents from customers sends a guidance link through SeoryuON, the documents are automatically submitted through the system from the institution to the company after customer verification. The company stressed that automating submissions also reduces the chance of customers submitting incorrect documents and the risk of document forgery or alteration.

The company said customers can also complete the process once they verify their identity through the link sent by the company using simple authentication or a joint certificate. Required documents are then automatically connected to the company, minimising the inconvenience of having to issue documents directly, download the files and submit them to the company, while allowing documents to be submitted safely.

SeoryuON currently supports 30 document types across public and tax fields. To mark the launch, it provides 20 submissions for free for one month upon first sign-up. Hecto Data plans to keep expanding linked institutions and supported documents in line with client demand to streamline document requests and management tasks for various companies.

A Hecto Data official said, "SeoryuON is a service that reduces repetitive work for companies of requesting documents from customers and checking whether they have been submitted, while also making the customer submission process simple." The official added, "We will continue to expand supported institutions, documents and applicable industries to develop it into a platform that streamlines document tasks for various companies."
