Manufacturing AI company OnePredict said on Sept. 14 it passed a technology evaluation for a Kosdaq listing under the technology special listing track. It said it will push to file an application for a preliminary listing review within the year.
Founded in 2016, OnePredict has grown on predictive maintenance (PdM) technology that uses AI to analyse industrial equipment data. It diagnoses equipment conditions and predicts anomalies and failures in advance. Recently, it has been pursuing an "AI Native Factory" strategy that applies AI across manufacturing operations, including production, quality and maintenance, beyond diagnosing individual equipment.
OnePredict explained that it has recently expanded its application areas to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, as well as aviation, displays, robots and research facilities, based on references built up at existing industrial sites such as refining and petrochemicals.
Yoon Byung-dong (윤병동), CEO of OnePredict, said, "Over the past 10 years, we have developed technology at manufacturing sites and applied it in real customer environments to accumulate experience in commercialising manufacturing AI." He said, "We will continue to expand product competitiveness and on-site applications to build an AI Native Factory in which AI supports operations and decision-making at manufacturing sites."
