Orion Holdings to cancel 2.49 million treasury shares this year worth 61.5 billion won
Orion Holdings said on Tuesday it will cancel 2,488,770 treasury shares it holds within this year under the revised Commercial Act. The shares represent 3.97 percent of total shares outstanding, and the cancellation date will be finalised after an approval process by the management board. The shares were valued at about 61.5 billion won based on the March 17 closing price. Orion said it is strengthening shareholder returns, including higher dividends and a payout policy.
