Tesla FSD V14 cuts driver interventions, improves handling of edge cases
Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) V14 has improved its response to unexpected situations such as roadworks, pedestrians and obstacles, according to a user review shared by a Model Y driver. The user said driver intervention from start to destination fell sharply and cited gains including speed control in school zones and fewer phantom braking events. The review also pointed to shortcomings near destinations and in parking, and criticised a $99-a-month subscription requirement to enable automatic collision avoidance.
