Daniel Kornum (대니얼 코넘), who leads forward deployed engineers at Varick, wrote that enterprise AI agents do not need the latest models. He said models 1 to 2 generations behind can handle most finance, HR, sales and procurement tasks. Using an invoice-processing example, he argued most mismatches come from missing context, exceptions and data errors rather than model limits. He said newer models raise costs and require repeated validation.
