CJ ENM to set up joint venture with Japan\'s TBS, U-NEXT HD to target global content market
CJ ENM said on Thursday it will set up a joint venture, StudioMonowa, with Japan\'s TBS and U-NEXT Holdings to target the global content market. It plans to build a content value chain spanning planning and development, production, distribution and IP expansion. The venture aims to secure sustainable revenue through an LTV-based structure, including original IP discovery and investment, drama production, global distribution and secondary works.
