Samsung Electronics Service names 18 top customer service experts
Samsung Electronics Service said on Sunday it selected 18 engineers with the highest customer satisfaction last year as top customer service experts. The programme first evaluates technical capability such as repair accuracy and speed, then makes a final selection from the top 0.3 percent by customer satisfaction. Since 2019, 93 of about 5,300 engineers have been selected at least once. It also highlighted winners across mobile, home appliances and B2B service.
