Korea Investment Securities holds retirement pension academy for corporate practitioners
Korea Investment Securities said it held a retirement pension academy at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, for corporate retirement pension practitioners including HR and finance staff. The seminar focused on institutional change issues of interest to companies, including judging whether management performance bonuses constitute wages and mandatory retirement pensions. Sessions covered recent labour case law issues, the Yellow Envelope Act and labour policy direction, and practical corporate responses to fund-type schemes and pension mandates.
