MegazoneCloud raises pre-IPO investment from Neowiz Partners
MegazoneCloud, an AI and cloud company, said on Tuesday it signed an investment agreement with Neowiz Partners, an investment-focused subsidiary of Neowiz Holdings. The investment is a pre-IPO stake purchase in ordinary shares with no conditions, it said. MegazoneCloud plans to use the funds for future growth businesses including AI and security. The company cited past funding rounds and said it is stepping up preparations for a listing.
