Korean AI startups target Silicon Valley as ministry discusses cooperation with Google, Nvidia
South Korea’s Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency held K-Global@Silicon Valley 2026 from Sept. 10 to 12 to support Korean AI startups’ overseas expansion. A total of 31 startups joined programs on partnerships with big tech, one-on-one talks with venture capital firms and networking. The ministry also ran K-AI Tech Week and Google AI Day, and discussed cooperation with Google Cloud and Nvidia.

LG CNS steps up AX business based on Anthropic\'s Claude after OpenAI
LG CNS said on Tuesday it signed a contract with global AI company Anthropic to introduce Claude Enterprise under an integrated deal applicable to all LG Group affiliates. It will open Claude to employees to pursue AI-driven productivity gains across work, including development. LG CNS plans to support the full process from deployment to use for LG affiliates and external companies to expand its AX business.

Genspark launches Claw AI assistant as OpenClaw alternative
Genspark.ai has launched a cloud-based AI assistant called Claw, SiliconANGLE reported. Claw AI runs in a dedicated cloud environment for each user and automates work while maintaining security and data isolation. SiliconANGLE said Claw strengthens data protection and user access management compared with OpenClaw. The assistant can directly control systems and applications via messaging and collaboration tools. Genspark also updated its AI workspace platform and released a mobile assistant, Spickly.
