Anthropic wins BB+ rating from KBRA, nears investment-grade threshold
Anthropic received a BB+ credit rating from global ratings agency Kroll Bond Rating Agency, one notch below investment grade, the Financial Times reported on Oct. 17. KBRA assigned the issuer rating in June, based on limited financial information provided by the company, with key metrics such as free cash flow and EBITDA not included. Anthropic later secured $35 billion in chip financing led by Apollo, the report said.
