Kakao Mobility unveils AI parking technology at ITS World Congress
Kakao Mobility presented its vision for the future of urban parking, highlighting AI-based parking technology and data analysis results at the 2026 Gangneung ITS World Congress. The company held a standalone session on redefining urban parking through AI and data. Executives introduced Kakao T Parking’s expansion since 2017 and demonstrated AI recognition, digital twin and 3D mapping technologies. An analysis of about 1.62 million records showed exit intervals fell by up to about 20 percent.
