Pago Networks unveils AI-driven security operations strategy
Security firm Pago Networks on Tuesday unveiled a security operations strategy to respond to changes in the security environment in the AI era and said it would introduce three brands. At its Pago Security Summit 2026, the company shared how AI is changing security operations and outlined strategic and technical directions. It said competitiveness is shifting from detecting more threats to judging risk and responding faster and more accurately.

Dassault Systemes to acquire ArisGlobal to boost life sciences push
Dassault Systemes said on Tuesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire ArisGlobal, an AI-native enterprise compliance platform company, as part of its push into the life sciences market. It plans to pay about $1.8 billion in cash at closing and may pay up to an additional $200 million over the coming years depending on whether AI-related revenue targets are met. Dassault aims to combine its expertise with ArisGlobal capabilities in regulatory operations and real-world evidence management.

The event in Seoul will bring together a small group of policymakers, global institutions and Web3 leaders to discuss South Korea’s digital asset market and global institutional adoption trends.
