Anthropic revises data retention policy after customer backlash
Anthropic is changing a data retention policy that drew criticism from corporate customers. The company will roll out a new protection framework, Enterprise Frontier Safeguards, for business clients. Under the framework, companies can control how data is reviewed, stored and managed and can use automated safety monitoring without Anthropic staff review. The feature will be offered at no extra charge and applies to direct use and use via cloud providers.
