Decade-old bitcoin wallets stir as 553 BTC moved from six dormant wallets
Six bitcoin wallets that had been inactive for more than 10 years moved a total of 553.59 BTC over the past 10 days, worth about $40.15 million at current value. Galaxy Research tracked transfers from wallets last active in 2011, 2012 and 2014. Some wallets carried tags linked to a New York court case seeking dormant bitcoin addresses to be treated as unclaimed property. The exact reason for the transfers was not confirmed.

Nasdaq-listed Jbao stockpiles 2,380 bitcoin in company treasury
Chinese insurtech firm Jbao Technology has received 2,380 bitcoin into its corporate wallet and closed a $154.7 million private investment in public equity (PIPE), marking the start of its bitcoin treasury strategy. The company said the deal was structured around accepting cryptocurrency rather than raising cash to buy bitcoin later. Investors received 442 million units priced at $0.35 each, with most issued at closing and the rest pending shareholder approval.

XRP tops retail investor optimism, while Bitcoin seen as neutral
XRP showed the strongest optimistic sentiment on social media among major cryptocurrencies, with a positive-to-negative comment ratio of 3.02 to 1, on-chain analytics firm Santiment said. Ethereum followed at 2.31 to 1, while Bitcoin was closer to neutral at 1.40 to 1. Santiment said sentiment has moved out of fear but is not evenly spread. It warned that rising optimism amid weak prices can increase short-term downside risks.
