AI is increasingly used not only to find and organise information but to make difficult decisions for users. Experts warn that delegating judgement to AI may be convenient in the short term but can weaken decision-making skills and self-confidence over time. A survey of 2,000 adults by learning app Headway found 46 percent had used AI when making hard choices. A TechRadar example showed outcomes change sharply depending on how a question is structured.
