Classum, Carrot Global cooperate to build data-driven HRD model
Classum said it signed a strategic agreement with HRD specialist Carrot Global to build a data-driven HRD innovation model. The partnership focuses on combining Telta’s diagnostic and analytics technology with Carrot Global’s HRD operating experience to create a more scientific and systematic talent development environment. The companies plan phased cooperation spanning joint planning and development of an HR diagnostic solution, operation and reporting, education program linkage models and new collaboration models.
