Instinct personal AI agent startup raises $1 billion in Series C, valued at $10 billion
Personal AI agent startup Instinct raised $1 billion in a Series C round, SiliconANGLE reported on Sept. 28. Sequoia Capital, Benchmark Capital and Coatue participated, and the round valued the company at $10 billion. A month earlier, Instinct raised $250 million led by Index Ventures and Benchmark at a $2.5 billion valuation. The company, incorporated as Spear Street Technology, is developing an AI assistant for daily tasks and phone-based concierge services.
