AWS expands Amazon Connect to four industry-specific AI agent services
Amazon Web Services has expanded its cloud contact centre service, Amazon Connect, into four industry-specific AI agent services, SiliconANGLE reported on April 28. The existing Amazon Connect has been reorganised as Amazon Connect Customer AI, and Amazon Connect Decisions, Amazon Connect Talent and Amazon Connect Health have been added. The expansion focuses on “humorphism,” in which AI agents learn context like humans, prioritise tasks and request needed information themselves.
