New Relic unveils observability solution targeting apps running in ChatGPT
New Relic is introducing an observability solution aimed at applications that run in ChatGPT, Techzine reported on Jan. 23. The company said it aims to solve performance and user-behaviour “black box” problems in generative AI environments. It said existing browser monitoring tools struggle to detect performance issues, layout errors, button malfunctions and user drop-off points in ChatGPT-based experiences, and that AI-generated interfaces can appear normal while containing errors.
