FSS expands inspection of Mirae Asset Securities to review SpaceX \'zero-share allocation\'
South Korea\'s Financial Supervisory Service is expanding its inspection of Mirae Asset Securities over a SpaceX IPO subscription that ended with a final allocation of zero shares. The watchdog is checking the full process from subscription to failed allocation, including investor notifications, subscription solicitation and marketing. Complaints have also been filed with the regulator.

Korea Investment Management also gets no SpaceX IPO allocation; ACE ETF adds via market buy
Korea Investment Management confirmed on June 13 it received no allocation of SpaceX IPO shares after a global lead underwriter assigned no saleable shares to the domestic underwriting group. The firm had planned to notify investors of the final allocation after receiving details from Mirae Asset Securities, but the schedule was delayed at the request of the lead manager. It later added SpaceX to an ACE ETF through market purchases on the first trading day.

Korean asset managers adjust ETF inclusion schedules ahead of SpaceX listing
South Korea\'s space-themed exchange-traded funds have repeatedly adjusted their plans to include SpaceX ahead of its expected Nasdaq listing. Strong expectations around the listing have drawn large inflows into related ETFs, but managers have changed inclusion and disclosure schedules close to the debut. Some funds plan to add exposure two trading days after listing rather than on the day itself. Investors are being urged to check actual inclusion timing, weights and volatility risks.
