Hancom steps up development of Europe-style sovereign agentic OS
Hancom is accelerating development of a Europe-targeted sovereign agentic operating system through joint work with Polish partners. The company said it agreed on a cooperation agenda with Poland’s state-certified R&D centre 7Bulls and AI and IT firm Algomine. The agenda covers productisation and localisation, integration with legacy solutions, governance and responses to EU rules, and market cooperation and commercialisation. Hancom plans deployments centred on closed networks and on-premises environments.

Hancom steps up Europe agentic OS push with Poland R&D tie-up
Hancom has signed MOUs with major AI and R&D companies in Europe to step up its push into the European agentic OS market. It will work with Poland’s nationally accredited R&D centre 7bulls.com on joint research and development to localise a next-generation sovereign agentic OS for Europe. Hancom also agreed with Polish AI developer Algomine to run proof-of-concept work for on-premises public-sector customers.
