KB Kookmin Bank has revamped its KB Star Banking retirement pension services. It improved the user flow from the home screen to product search, trading, inquiries and authentication.
KB Kookmin Bank said on July 8 it revamped the KB Star Banking retirement pension services on July 7.
The bank changed the home screen layout so users can check recommended products and investment information at a glance. It rearranged services around frequently used menus.
It also improved product search and trading functions. It made it easier to check trading status and execution details, and enabled integrated viewing of transaction history and redemption history. It also supports biometric authentication such as fingerprint and facial recognition.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said the revamp focused on creating a customer-centric service environment and improving investment convenience. The official said the bank will provide a differentiated retirement pension service through customer-centric digital innovation.
