Albamon, a part-time job platform operated by Workspheare, opened a 'Summer Safe Part-time Jobs' section that brings together popular summer job openings, it said on June 25.

The section combines a seasonal hiring page for popular summer job categories with a 'Safe Part-time Jobs' page. Users can browse summer jobs in one place, including ice cream and dessert, water parks, hotels, resorts and accommodation, and indoor part-time work. It is centered on safe postings whose safety Albamon has reviewed.

The section is also linked to "four safety badges" that let users check a posting's safety level at a glance. The badges show whether a posting meets four items: company verification, enrollment in the four major social insurance programs, preparation of a labor contract, and completion of sexual harassment prevention training. This allows job seekers to check directly, before applying, whether the job is one they can apply for with confidence.

An Albamon official said, "Part-time work is a first social experience and a credential for those starting out in society, such as university students, as it is where they invest time and labor. Creating a trust-based hiring environment where part-time workers can apply with confidence is most important." The official added, "We will present standards for verified jobs and build a healthy part-time work culture where both part-time workers and business owners can work with peace of mind."
