Emro, an artificial intelligence-based supply chain management software company, said on Thursday it took part in the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium & Expo and showcased an agentic AI-based supply chain management solution.

The events, held consecutively from May 4 to 20 in Orlando in the United States and Barcelona in Spain, drew about 5,000 participants including supply chain management executives and more than 180 solution companies. Emro took part for a third consecutive year with Samsung SDS.

At the events, Emro introduced the agentic AI functions and global application cases of its supplier relationship management (SRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, Caidentia. Under the theme of accelerating the direct procurement process using AI technology, it showcased functions that automate the entire direct procurement process from product design to raw material sourcing and settlement.

An Emro official said that, based on a Gartner forecast, the agentic AI-based supply chain management software market will grow to $53 billion by 2030. The official said the company will strengthen leadership in the global market by turning demand from local corporate customers into securing actual references.
