Dunamu, which operates the digital asset exchange Upbit, said on Jan. 5 it will launch a New Year limited-edition collaboration product, the '2026 Upbit Wish Cake', with bakery brand Tous Les Jours, which is operated by CJ Foodville.
The collaboration was planned to mark the New Year and cheer customers' wishes and new beginnings. The '2026 Upbit Wish Cake' will be produced in a limited run of 30,000 and will be sold from Jan. 6 at Tous Les Jours stores nationwide.
Customers who buy the cake will also receive an Upbit event entry ticket. Those who register the ticket on Upbit's event page by Jan. 27 will be entered in a draw for prizes including 1 bitcoin for 1 winner, a 1 million won CJ gift card for 5 winners and a 500,000 won CJ gift card for 10 winners. Members who sign up for Upbit during the event period and then enter will also receive bitcoin worth 50,000 won.
Upbit will also hold a draw for customers who participate in the event from Jan. 2 to Jan. 5 and have traded a cumulative 100,000 won or more on Upbit, awarding '2026 Upbit Wish Cake' exchange vouchers to 3,000 people. An Upbit official said, "We carried out this collaboration to mark the New Year and support customers' wishes and new starts." The official added, "We plan to continue a range of collaborations that connect naturally with customers' daily lives."
