Douzone Bizon said on Monday it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kyrgyz Republic’s National Investment Agency under the president to cooperate on digital transformation and the development of the digital economy.
Ravshanbek Sabirov (라브샨베크 사비로프), head of the Kyrgyz National Investment Agency, and Douzone Bizon co-CEO Ji Yong-gu (지용구) signed the agreement on Sunday at Douzone Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The two sides agreed to share experience in digitising corporate activity and in digital linkage between companies and tax authorities. They also agreed to cooperate on building a digital ecosystem using AI, cloud and data technologies. They plan to pursue joint programmes and to set up a working-level cooperation body if needed.
Douzone Bizon plans to share its experience linking companies and tax authorities based on electronic tax invoices and enterprise resource planning, or ERP. It previously built a tax administration platform for the Philippines in an e-government project in the tax sector by the Korea International Cooperation Agency, or KOICA.
Ji said, "We will flesh out a cooperation model centred on areas where we have strengths, including corporate digitisation and digital linkage in tax administration."
